1. Whether the linear guide rail and round rod have an impact on the accuracy of the SMT pick and place machine ?
No impact at all .Using linear guide rail or round rod has no effect on the accuracy of the mounting machine, the precision of the mounting machine depends on the motor and software control system used by the mounting machine only.
2. Is the software control system of your desktop SMT independently developed by your company?
Yes, our desktop SMT uses Linux system. Linux system supports cross-platform hardware support, rich software support, reliable security and stability.
3. Do you use electromagnetic coil to control the pulling needles? What are the advantages if comparing to cylinder control?
Yes, the drawing needle we use is controlled by the electromagnetic coil. Comparing with the cylinder control, the electromagnetic coil control has the characteristics of faster response, softer force and less noise. The quick reaction can speed up the mounting speed; Soft strength refers to the strength of the pull needle is soft when pressing down, and the pull needle is not easy to break.
