3.Pick and place machine setting parameters
The setting parameters of the pick and place machine, such as mounting speed, acceleration, residence time and other parameters, will have an impact on mounting accuracy and stability. If these parameters are not set properly, it may lead to lower CPK values, which need to be adjusted and improved.
4.Component quality
The quality of components also affects mounting accuracy and stability. If the quality of the components is not good, it may lead to a lower CPK value, and the damaged components need to be replaced or repaired in time.
When the CPK of the pick and place machine is low, it needs to be analyzed and improved, such as analyzing the mounting position of components, adjusting the height and pressure of the mounting head, checking the setting parameters of the pick and place machine, checking the quality of components, and regularly calibrating the pick and place machine a series of questions.
