The SMT pick and place machine production line needs to change the line and load the material when mounting new products. During the refueling and line transfer process of the SMT pick and place machine, the corresponding positions of IPQC, team leader, technician and operator have corresponding check rules. The regular positions are arranged as follows:
1. Operator: Responsible for picking and loading materials, and self-checking the correctness of the loading station, specifications, and material numbers according to the station table;
2. Team leader: responsible for reviewing the correctness of the operator's feeding;
3. Technician: responsible for making or receiving the station list, and compiling the mounting program;
4. IPQC: Responsible for searching the BOM, patch diagram, engineering change order (ECN), history record table, and finally confirming the correctness of loading or refilling.
When SMT produces new products or changes lines, the foreman and team leader will issue the correct station table for the corresponding product to the material changer, and then load the materials on the machine correctly according to the station table. Check the material code, brand, specification, model, feeder type, polarity, etc. of the components on the stamped and effective station table. After the inspection is OK, load the materials into the corresponding station, and then notify the team leader to review and IPQC to check; IPQC checks according to the station table, material specifications, and material numbers, and then notifies the technician to make the first piece and confirm the first piece after confirming that it is correct.
A: Confirm the specifications of the components (for example: 0402 0603 0805 1206, etc.);
B: Confirm the product name of the component (such as: R10K100K, etc.);
C: Confirm the error of the component (D±0.5%F±1%J±5%K±10%);
D: Confirm the direction of the IC installed in the tube or the diode with polarity, carefully check its polarity and product name.
