At the beginning of programming, sometimes there are no samples of circuit boards and components, and programming can only be performed through CADB0M or mounting graphics of circuit boards. Since local components are not standard components, the same component information cannot be found in the standard database that comes with it. The newly created component database may be difficult to achieve the purpose of correction through identification on the machine, such as the identifiable features of components, the absorption of components, etc. Nozzle selection, camera recognition lighting settings, feeder selection and component orientation, etc.

2.Mounting coordinates of components

During sequential production, sometimes the original coordinate data of the circuit board cannot be obtained, and the coordinates in the sequence are obtained by the sequence machine, or obtained by the sequence of other machines.

4.Feeder model and orientation

Some components' pick-up centers are inconsistent with the default values of the feeder, and the pick-up position of the component feeder needs to be re-calibrated and modified.
