Up and down double vision camera auto correction. It has double CCD vision cameras which can auto calibrate  the offset for all different kinds of components and IC,auto correction of pick position and angle.

Stepping closed-loop servo motor: 4 axis linkage,run faster and smoother .It can realize jog flexibls s  AND accelerate ,making sure high speed of placement working perfect.

Tape feeder: Free customized material stacks can be made according to customer's need.

Tube feeder: Support a maximum tube material of 7cm wide . tube material height all can be adjustable.

IC tray clamping area: 11 general IC stacks are reserved to facilitate the placement of bulk materials.The stacks can  be customized according to customers' needs.
