This is CHM-T48VB, a small desk-top pick and place machine of Hunan Charmhigh Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.
It is characterized by 58 tape feeding stacks, support for stick feeders, 14 general IC stacks preset at the front end and several self-defined IC tray stacks in the rear, automatic correction to pick components, and automatic positioning through recognition of Mark Point for high mounting accuracy, motor driven in the way of closed-loop control realized by encoder, integrated operation with built-in industrial computer.
Besides, CHM-T48VB possesses the capability of automatic detection of Z axis.
