CHM-T530P4 using 501---507 different kinds of Juki nozzles, suitable for 0402,0603,0805-5050, SOP, QFN, LQFP, Diode, Transistor, BGA...etc, which can meet more customers' demand.
Vision System Ensure Accuracy
Auto correction offset
The double CCD vision cameras can auto calibrate the offset for all different kinds of components and ICs(auto correction of pick position and angle). Industry camera with high accuracy taking image of pins if IC, to ensure the patch accuracy.
