1.Insufficient vacuum: the suction nozzle is blocked or the vacuum pipe is blocked, notify the technician to replace the suction nozzle or clean the suction nozzle and vacuum pipe;

2.Insufficient air pressure: check whether the air supply connector of the machine is leaking, and notify the technician or engineer to deal with it;

3.Mounting head X, Y displacement overflow: manual displacement overflow can be turned on and run normally, if there is an abnormality in the operation process, the engineer should be notified to check;

4.PCB transmission error: A. The in and out transmission is not smooth, and the size of the PCB board is abnormal. The size of the defective product should be fed back and sent to IPQC for inspection, simultaneously,and the technician should be fed back for improvement; B. The track problem of the SMT pick and place machine should be improved by the feedback technician;

5.Handling of products that have not been placed: A. In case of operational errors, the technician should be notified to re-send it into the machine for supplementary mounting; B. In case of abnormal shutdown, the technician should be notified to handle it;

6.Mounting flying parts or missed placement: A. The suction nozzle is bad, and the machine should be stopped to check the corresponding suction nozzle of the component; B. The vacuum is insufficient, and the technician should be notified to conduct a vacuum inspection; C. The PCB is not fixed well, check the PCB fixing state;

7.SMT mounting deviation: A.Fixed position deviation and regularity, and the coordinates are modified by a technician; B. The PCB is not fixed properly (the surface is uneven, sinking and shifting during placement), check and readjust the positioning device; C. It is caused by poor viscosity of solder paste, which needs to be analyzed and dealt with by technicians or engineers.

Second-SMT pick and place machine power failure or environmental (lightning) processing

1. In case of thunder and lightning weather, the products to be produced must be cleared as soon as possible and notified;

2. Turn off the power of the equipment during a power outage, restart the machine after the power is supplied, and process the products being produced in the machine.
